{"id":35235,"date":"2017-05-03T13:21:02","date_gmt":"2017-05-03T18:21:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radiowebmx.com\/nota\/?p=35235"},"modified":"2017-05-03T13:21:02","modified_gmt":"2017-05-03T18:21:02","slug":"avanza-reforma-para-nombrar-y-ratificar-al-secretario-de-finanzas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radiowebmx.com\/nota\/avanza-reforma-para-nombrar-y-ratificar-al-secretario-de-finanzas\/","title":{"rendered":"Avanza reforma para nombrar y ratificar al Secretario de Finanzas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radiowebmx.com\/nota\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Comunicado-612.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/radiowebmx.com\/nota\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Comunicado-612-595x396.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"595\" height=\"396\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-35236\" srcset=\"https:\/\/radiowebmx.com\/nota\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Comunicado-612-595x396.jpg 595w, https:\/\/radiowebmx.com\/nota\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Comunicado-612.jpg 709w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 595px) 100vw, 595px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Morelia; Michoac\u00e1n, 03 de mayo de 2017.- El Pleno del Congreso del Estado declar\u00f3 el \u201cha lugar\u201d a admitir a discusi\u00f3n la iniciativa que propone reformar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado, para que el titular de la Secretaria de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas sea nombrado y ratificado por el Pleno del Congreso.<\/p>\n<p>El dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales que preside la diputada Rosa Mar\u00eda de la Torre, e integran Miguel \u00c1ngel Villegas, Jeovana Alc\u00e1ntar, Manuel L\u00f3pez y Mary Carmen Bernal, se\u00f1ala que se admite a discusi\u00f3n la propuesta legislativa, presentada por el diputado Juan Manuel Figueroa Ceja para reformar las fracciones XXXVI y XXXVII del art\u00edculo 44, derogar el \u00faltimo p\u00e1rrafo del art\u00edculo 63; adicionar el art\u00edculo 64 BIS y un tercer p\u00e1rrafo al art\u00edculo 102 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Michoac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>La Iniciativa busca generar un modelo diferente de la elecci\u00f3n del perfil para ocupar la titularidad de la Secretar\u00eda de Finanzas y Administraci\u00f3n del Gobierno del Estado, respetando el equilibrio de poderes, abonando en vigilancia respecto del perfil de quien administrar\u00e1 las finanzas p\u00fablicas de todos los michoacanos.<\/p>\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n determin\u00f3 que el estudio sobre la Iniciativa no presenta ning\u00fan supuesto de contradicci\u00f3n con disposiciones ya contenidas en la Constituci\u00f3n del Estado, leyes generales y con el texto de la Constituci\u00f3n Federal, por lo tanto, el Congreso tiene atribuciones materiales y procedimentales para analizar y discutir la propuesta de reforma Constitucional.<\/p>\n<p>La Iniciativa fue turnada a las Comisiones Unidas de Puntos Constitucionales y de R\u00e9gimen y Pr\u00e1cticas Parlamentarias, para su estudio, an\u00e1lisis y dictamen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Morelia; Michoac\u00e1n, 03 de mayo de 2017.- El Pleno del Congreso del Estado declar\u00f3 el \u201cha lugar\u201d a admitir a discusi\u00f3n la iniciativa que propone reformar la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado, para que el titular de la Secretaria de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas sea nombrado y ratificado por el Pleno del Congreso.
