Despu\u00e9s, particip\u00f3 en el dep\u00f3sito de la ofrenda floral al pie del busto del hist\u00f3rico congresista, en la Preparatoria \u201cMelchor Ocampo\u201d, de la Universidad Michoacana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Tel\u00e9sforo Melchor de Los Reyes naci\u00f3 el 06 de enero de 1814 en la Hacienda de Pateo, municipio de Maravat\u00edo. Fue electo diputado del Congreso Constituyente en 1842; Gobernador de Michoac\u00e1n, de 1846 a 1848; plasm\u00f3 sus ideas pol\u00edticas en la Constituci\u00f3n de 1857.
